1. General Provisions

77dac (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "the platform") operates an online casino and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions define the legal relationship between 77dac and its users.

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on this website, you unconditionally agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you have any objection to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 77dac's services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ users).
  • Must have a valid and active banking or mobile financial service account.
  • Must not be in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
  • Must not have had a previous account permanently closed.
  • Must operate the account in their own name and for their own benefit — not on behalf of any other person.

We may request age verification documents at any time. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and pending winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Login Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activities carried out through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Verification

77dac may request a national ID or other valid document for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77dac currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Depositing through a third party or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Once a request is successfully processed, withdrawal funds generally arrive within 10–45 minutes. Bank transfers may take a little longer. If verification is required, this timeframe may change.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before making a withdrawal, the user must fulfill the wagering requirements of any active bonus. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
  • If the deposited amount is withdrawn directly after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • If any unusual betting pattern is detected, 77dac reserves the right to suspend or cancel a bonus.
  • Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, low-risk cover betting, etc.) may result in immediate account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

77dac is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, 77dac will settle that round in accordance with applicable rules.

6.3 Technical Errors

Incorrect amounts or invalid results displayed due to server errors, network issues, or software faults will be considered void. 77dac is not obligated to provide compensation in such cases. 77dac does not bear responsibility for losses caused by the user's internet connection issues.

6.4 Maximum Win Rules

Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bonus promotions. Please refer to the detailed terms of the relevant offer or contact our support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity — misrepresenting your own or another person's identity.
  • Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
  • Betting using automated bots or scripts.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
  • Attempting to hack, spread viruses, or distribute malicious code.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
  • Using a third party's account or payment method.

If we detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to investigate or suspend an account without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

77dac places responsible gaming at the highest priority. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

  • Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts.
  • A temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) for a set duration is available.
  • If you request a permanent self-exclusion, we will action it as quickly as possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

77dac always strives to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

  • Losses caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
  • Losses caused by faults in third-party software or services.
  • Losses caused by unexpected technical or maintenance downtime.
  • Losses caused by unauthorized use of the user's account credentials.
  • Losses caused by natural disasters, war, or any other force majeure circumstances.

Our total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11. Changes to Terms

77dac may modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via a notice on the website or by email to their registered address.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact our support team to close your account.
